After playing baseball and earning a BS from Davis & Elkins College in West Virginia, Ken Girt was a partner in a busy hardware store catering to both contractors and homeowners. Here he honed his friendly, personal style of solving problems and finding the right solutions. Ken had a particular knack for laying tile with an eye for perfection and launched a tile installation business. Ken then partnered with another reputable contractor in the central New Jersey area for over 15 years. In October of 2015, he launched Girt Construction, specializing in home renovation, remodeling, and custom additions.

 

Today the company builds relationships rooted in honesty, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail. We pride ourselves on a well-earned reputation for reliability.
